Program and Components
The hockey program at Gamebreakers is comprehensive, yet fair and rewarding. Our program revolves around the players’ experiences as an athlete. We will prepare quality individuals that can, and will, thrive on and off the ice.

The respective programs offered are broken down into components with detailed training for each part of the various skills being instructed. Each component is created with the ultimate goal of optimizing the potential within each athlete.

• Skill Development
  Gamebreakers creates customized programs based upon the individuals’ baseline skill set. The skill development philosophy is to create the highest possible tempo utilizing the individual baseline while doing the exercises and drills properly and effectively. As the skill set improves, exercises and drills increase in complexity and pace thereby fostering continuous improvement. We are able to approximate or exceed game speeds and conditions which forces athletes to improve their execution of technical skills and familiarize themselves with “game day experience”.

Philosophy
The environment at Gamebreakers is deeply-rooted in hard work. There are unlimited possibilities that can be achieved with hard work and discipline. Our coaches and instructors are prepared properly to aid athlete development so that our players are ready for the rigors of battle on the ice. Our philosophy is to create an atmosphere where intensity, effort and fun are the expected norm at all sessions.
